Everyday I meet someone new.
Everyday interaction turns that stranger into a friend.
Everyday that passes strengthens a bond between these friends.
Everyday we finish our objectives, we grow closer as a team & as a family.
The downtime we spend together will forever be cherished.
Everyday that passes brings us one step closer to the end.
Everyday that passes is one less day that we can spend with our newfound family.
Everyday that passes, is another day that I wonder if our paths will cross again.
This is the lifestyle that we’ve chosen.
We make bonds and grow as a unit —- a family.
And, eventually, we move on to our next station and have to leave the people we’ve become accustomed to.
This class that I’ve washed back into, you’ve taken great care of me. Let’s make the last half of our training everlasting and worthwhile.
